I didn't get his name and I'm sad about that, but I'm not sure if he was the owner or not. But the gentleman who helped my mom and I pick out mattresses was WONDERFUL! No pressure, he wasn't trying to have us pick the most expensive mattress, he showed us multiple beds & was so kind and helpful through the whole experience. 10/10 reccomend!

We accidentally pulled in thinking it was a different store and decided to go in. I was adamant I was getting a specific brand. Well, I am fortunate for this happy accident. John happily greeted us and asked us if we had any questions. I always have many. John answered them easily. He is a consummate professional and is really knowledgeable about SO many aspects of sleep, pain, comfort, and of course mattresses. He is patient and there is ZERO pressure. We ended getting our dream bed for 50% less than other stores! Amazing to walk out knowing we were respected and well taken care of...like family. Great warranty and exchange policies too! I highly recommend him and his store! 🫶

Neal is the best. No pressure sales. Provide advice even if it makes the sales challenging but he would rather you get the correct bed now rather than you having to deal with something later. Example: We came shopping for Nectar adjustable. He recommended the mattresses but advised we are better off with the sealy adjustable. I am pretty sure we are going to be 😊.

I recently went here to get an adjustable base. Michael Keneally helped me and he made the process very easy. He even showed me a setting on the one that I ended up getting that instantly took pressure off my hips and lower back. It is always nice to meet genuinely nice people.
