This pillow absolutely changed my life, just not in a good way. After trying it briefly in the store, I decided to purchase it online. I used it for two nights and ended up with a stiff neck that lasted over three weeks. I then had to spend additional money on chiropractic care and acupuncture to undo the damage.
Instead of providing support, it forced my neck into an unnatural position that caused real pain and lingering issues. This was not normal "adjustment" discomfort, it was injury-level discomfort that required treatment. For a product marketed as supportive and therapeutic, this was incredibly disappointing and costly.
I would strongly caution anyone with neck sensitivity or prior issues. What felt fine for a few minutes in-store became a real problem at home.

It's a cooling pillow and comfortable. I sleep great ok and have not had any headaches (when waking up) since we bought it and I started sleeping on it about 2 months. It's a little thin so pillow cases don't fit it well (even Tempur Pedic brands).

I have used Tempur-pedic pillows for 30 years. I was sad when they got rid of the standard pillows, but I finally found this pillow. The temporary is pro pillow and it's as close as I can get. It gives me comfortable sleep and deep sleep. It's taking me quite a while to find it again thank you Tempur-pedic.

Its definitely not cool and not even cool to the touch i would say its not mid on softness either more like the tempur dual cool pillow mid-hard it heats up bad the reviews people are putting about this pillow are misleading i do not recommend way overpriced this is clearly not a case of you get what you pay for im definitely gonna stick to my original tempur cloud pillow I bought 5 years ago sadly and forgot to mention yes most definitely the tempur pedic dual cooling pillow is way cooler then the breeze pillows i can't deal with both cause they're to stiff at least for me and the part that sucks is that you can't return it for a refund

The store pillows that are on the beds are not the same as the take home product. I just purchased 2 queen size pro low tempur breeze pillows and the quality of tempurpedic has significantly decreased since I bought a pillow several years ago. It is basically flat now after 1 night. Very disappointing. All pillows are non refundable, even if you reach out in 24hrs after realizing the pillows are flawed.

Sales person knew I was looking for cooling pillow to night sweats. He said this pillow was what I needed. I told him it was very pricey, but if it was going to help I would make a sacrifice. This pillow Did Not even cool me for 2 minutes. When I contacted the company I found out none of the pillow gives continental cooling. Very disappointed with the salesman as well as the company for not checking to see if there was a defect just we got your money now go away.

I purchased the VERY expensive ProLo Pillow. Was very excited when I received it, however, I tested it , and within seconds, it went flat as a pancake. They cannot be exchanged, even if the packaging is still on it. So, I'm out quite a bit of money.
Take it from me, don't throw your hard earned money away on this pillow.

As a hot sleeper, I was looking forward to getting this pillow for the summer. However, while it definitely offers the cooling effect I was looking for, the pillow goes almost as flat as a pancake after a few seconds of laying your head down and becomes somewhat hard making it uncomfortable to sleep with. I feel as though there could be some more structure to the pillow while maintaining the low profile aspect.

I purchased the Breeze ProLo after trying it at a local retailer. In the store, it felt supportive and well-crafted - cool to the touch and firm in a way that suggested long-term loft and comfort. However, once I started sleeping on it at home, the experience was quite different.
Initially, it worked reasonably well for back sleeping, but as I shifted to my side in the early morning (even as a primarily back sleeper, no one stays in one position for eight straight hours), the pillow's loft felt too low to properly support my neck and shoulder. Even when staying on my back, my head gradually sinks too low. I often find myself shifting around to find a spot that hasn't already compressed, or flipping the pillow to get temporary relief. Over time, the TEMPUR material compresses more than expected and the pillow becomes noticeably flatter, reducing both support and comfort.
To make matters worse, Tempur-Pedic offers no returns, exchanges, or even credit - not even for first-time customers. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a one-time courtesy replacement for a different loft, but support was unwilling to help. For a $225+ pillow, that kind of policy feels surprisingly rigid.
If you're absolutely sure about the loft and firmness you need, the quality is there. But if you're a first-time buyer - or even slightly unsure - I'd recommend choosing a brand that offers a trial period or at least some level of flexibility.
It's also worth noting that many of the positive reviews for this product appear to come from people who received it for free or as part of a promotion. As a paying customer, my experience did not reflect the same level of satisfaction - and without any return or exchange flexibility, I was left stuck with an expensive product that ultimately didn't work for me.
Unfortunately, this experience has disincentivized me from taking another chance on Tempur-Pedic in the future.

I have bought several TEMPUR pillows. I have had the Dual Cooling for years but wanted to try this more firm and high pillow. It's terrible and sinks to the ground. On top of that, they don't even accept returns. Every other company that sells Pillows accepts returns. I was looking at purchasing a mattress soon but after the horrible costumer experience I have witnessed, I will be trying a different brand.
It's wild they do not accept returns. Use a brand that accepts returns.

Given the price, I had high hopes for this pillow. Even after asking a customer service rep prior to purchase about my concerns/needs from a pillow, it didn't help. The pillow does not maintain neck support as it goes flat after a couple minutes of use. As well, it hurts my ears.

This pillow is the least "cooling" pillow I have felt. This pillow is so thin and compressive that you can feel your knuckles through it as you try to sleep. With no refunds or exchanges I'm glad I wasted my money on this terrible pillow before I spent thousands on a matress that was equally bad.

In the store, the low profile cooling pillow felt great. The first night I slept on it at home was likely the worst night of sleep in my life. The pillow squishes almost flat and has zero support. While the cooling gel does stay cool, you might as well not have a pillow under your head because that's what it feels like with this pillow. As others have said, this is a complete waste of money.

I slept on this pillow for over a week before writing this review.
First, I'll get into the cooling: I have "slept warm" my entire life, and have been buying cooling pillows/covers since they were a thing. I bought this pillow to replace a very good cooling pillow from another company, and I am extremely happy with this purchase. My previous pillow (as well as all of the other ones I tried) would basically operate like this: you lay your head down on the pillow, it feels cold for about 20ish minutes (usually long enough to fall asleep), and then if you wake up in the same position, that part of the pillow now feels *hot* and you have to either move to a different part of the pillow or rotate it. They function decently, but if you find yourself waking up, the pillow will now feel warm and uncomfortable, which means you have to do something to feel cool again.
With this pillow, the pillow feels *cold* for only a minute or so, but it *never* feels hot, or even warm. Basically, it stays "cool" (another way to describe it is, the temperature feels extremely comfortable and never feels warm or uncomfortable in any way what so ever) the whole night through. I don't know how they've done it, but this is much more preferable to a pillow that feels "cold" for only 20 minutes or so and then feels so hot that you absolutely have to move to another part of the pillow or rotate the pillow to feel comfortable again.
So, this pillow really does stay cool the entire night through. This needs to be the "default" for how they make cooking pillows from here on out, because I really can't go back to the former methods, where they eventually get hot and uncomfortable.
Next, the comfort. I absolutely love it. I am 6'1" and a side sleeper, but I've never felt comfortable with high profile pillows. This pillow (the Lo version) feels perfect for me and my height, sleeping on my side. It also feels perfect sleeping on my back. The very edges of the pillow feel a little more firm than the middle of the pillow, so using the edges for side sleeping and the center of the pillow for sleeping on your back, feels great. I have no pain whatsoever so ever, only comfort.
I hope to get many years out of this pillow, and I hope they keep making this "type" of pillow from here on out. The cooling factor is amazing and the height/comfort really works for me. I'm very happy I took a chance on this pillow, and I hope this review helps anyone who is in doubt.

I've been using the Tempur-Pedic Pillow ProLo for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. I have had a Tempurpedic mattress and pillows for a few years now and I love them, but this pillow has put the icing on the cake for their products. It's so comfy and soft but firm at the same time but not too firm that'll it'll hurt your neck like some pillows. I definitely recommend this pillow!

I was sent this product for free in exchange for an honest review.
I usually go for soft, smooshy down pillows so this was a bit different from my usual. It's a good size and nice and supportive, especially when side sleeping. It was a bit stiff for the first couple of nights but relaxed and is quite cozy now. The foam material cradles the head and stays nice and cool. I took a star off because it has a lingering, fresh-from-the-factory foam odor even after a week of use. Hopefully it'll continue to fade because the pillow is pretty comfy!

This is a quality pillow. From the weight, to the material, to the cover, it just feels well made. It's a very supportive pillow, and doesn't allow my head to shift around when I'm trying to get to sleep. Some pillows just lose their shape and support as you sleep on it through the night, TEMPUR-Breeze® ProLo Pillow holds my head in the right spot the entire time. The ProLo version works best for back sleepers, as it's a little low for side sleepers. If you like the memory foam in a Tempur-Pedic mattress, you're going to like this pillow.

I've used the pillow for over a week now. It has good neck support and forms to my head. The firmness is just right, not too soft and not too firm. It keeps my head cool throughout the night. Usually I have to flip the pillow over as I get overheated easily. With this pillow, it stays cool. Woke up refreshed and got some good sleep.

I received the Tempur-Pedic Tempur-Breeze Prolo Pillow and it offered me a premium sleep experience with a focus on cooling and support. The build quality is super, its well made, not really lightweight as you cant move it while sleeping.The support of the foam is premium and can't really be compared to the other cheaper memory foam pillows. Your head does not sink pretty far while sleeping which would be a great advantage for people with breathing problems.

The pillow itself is well built, very large and comfortable when fluffed. It does get flat in some sections but overall pretty nice pillow overall. I don't get hot when using this pillow which is a plus.

This Tempur- Breeze Prolo pillow is great, I have a very comfortable sleep, my neck the next day feels amazing no pain at all so far. I have tried many of different brands of pillows I've tried to use a couple of different types at a time or by themselves and I always still had neck pain. With this pillow though all I have to use is this one it fits perfectly to the shape of me and is very comfortable. I will say it is a bit heavy, but if that's what it takes to get mornings with no neck pain, Ill take the heaviness.
